1. Using Portunus
Portunus is a self-service planning and organization product for people preparing for Spain’s Digital Nomad Visa. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information you are comfortable storing in your account.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure and for activity performed through your account. Portunus uses email one-time codes and does not provide passwords or two-factor authentication settings.
3. Permitted use
Use Portunus to organize your own preparation and records. Do not attempt to access another user’s account or documents, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have permission to store.
4. Uploaded content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Portunus permission to store, process, display and return that content only as needed to provide the service. Original files are preserved unchanged for storage and download. You remain responsible for choosing what to upload and for keeping your own copies where appropriate.
5. Portunus materials
The Portunus name, branding, software and service materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its materials to you.
6. Third-party services
Portunus relies on service providers for hosting, database, email, abuse protection and private file storage. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. No professional advice
Portunus is not a law firm, immigration adviser, tax adviser, gestoría or government agency. It does not provide professional advice, determine eligibility, certify documents, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee an immigration outcome.
8. Requirements and outcomes
Immigration requirements and official instructions may change and may depend on individual circumstances. Checklist prompts, statuses and references are organizational aids, not a complete or legally verified requirements list. You are responsible for checking current official information and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Portunus available and useful but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain unchanged. We may update or discontinue parts of the service as it develops.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited where necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or where these terms are materially violated. You can request account deletion through Account settings.
11. Account deletion
Account deletion requires confirmation through your sign-in email. Portunus attempts to delete active stored document objects before removing account and workspace records. If storage cleanup fails, deletion is stopped and can be retried. Infrastructure backups may persist until their normal lifecycle expires.
12. Service disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Portunus is provided as an organizational tool without a promise that its planning prompts are current, complete, applicable to your circumstances, or sufficient for any filing.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Portunus is not responsible for decisions made using organizational information or for immigration outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Portunus changes. The date above indicates the current version.
15. Contact
For product or account support, use the Contact / Feedback form. Support cannot provide immigration or legal advice.
